RQ2b Ranking

Participants used red dots to vote for the most important items on the list. Each participant had 9 votes which they could apply in any manner they wished; multiple votes were allowed as an expression of relative weight. Yellow dots were used to indicate the perceived adoption horizons of the various topics.

The graphic below is a photograph of the voting record -- circled numbers in red indicate the items with the most votes.
